The Swish is the place for young women looking for a little more than modern society feeds them- for those who desire to make a difference in the world in their own way without surrendering to trashy or politically biased women's media.
Named after the onomatopoeia of the classic symb0l for a woman, a skirt, The Swish believes elegance should be the foundation of classical femininity. Here we explore trends in royal coverage, cultural commentary and more-- for an inspired elegant life.

My name is Hannah Brusven.
For too long I believed that in order for me to be successful as a 20-something woman I needed to hustle, grit my teeth and cherry pick what I could through the trashy, vulgar, politically biased women's media out there.
It wasn’t until I discovered this TIMELESS but powerful tool that has helped me, and many others I’ve shared this with, thrive in my calling.
Its a little, powerful, age-old tool called Elegance, and I'm thrilled to have you here and joining me on the journey where we highlight elegance in royal news, cultural coverage and more that brings me joy.
I started this site several years ago to explore and share my findings, and I am so thrilled to have you here!

HANNAH
BRUSVEN
Hannah Brusven (pronounced Brew-sven) is an independent content creator and Executive Producer and on-air talent based in Boise, Idaho.
After studying Journalism at University of Idaho and additionally receiving degrees in Liberal Arts and Culture from New Saint Andrews College and Applied Marketing and Advertising from Grand Canyon University, Hannah most notably served as the Executive Producer of Dr. Steve Turley from 2020-2024 reaching over one-million YouTube subscribers and charting in the top 50 US Podcasts. During this time she covered the 2020 presidential election in the White House Press Pool and hosted the Monday Night Insiders Club.
Hannah started The Swish Magazine in 2018 for her college peers to share her thoughts on modern femininity. Since then, she has expanded to cover her childhood love of the British Royal family with the launch of her YouTube channel in January 2024.
Currently Hannah also serves on the Executive board as VP of Business Development of ZipCast, Inc and is President of the Boise Chapter of Young Women for America. She was formerly signed with Urban Talent Management.
