Digital Issues:

Once a digital issue has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience any issues accessing your digital copy, please contact our support team at hello@theswishcompany.com for assistance.

Print Issues:

All print orders are final. If your print magazine arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and packaging, and we will gladly work with you to find a resolution.

Magazine subscriptions are non-refundable. If you need to update your shipping address or have any concerns about your subscription, please contact us before your next issue is shipped.
